KEY CLUB is collecting NEW Pajamas for Children and teens and New Children’s Books for Children in Palm Beach County. The Pajama Program believes that every child has the inherent right to a loving good night, complete with a comforting bedtime ritual. They shed their clothes of the day, along with the day’s stresses, as they change into clean pajamas and enjoy an enchanting story, prepared for a good night’s sleep. Pajama Program offers at-risk children the unconditional, magical gifts of new pajamas and books to create a safe escape at bedtime and spark their imaginations and creativity. By donating NEW pajamas for children and teens in Palm Beach County you will receive Community Service hours. THE FISHING CLUB Meets after school today (12/5) in room 6-214.
JUPITER DECA Is hosting a community service project this week to help bring in the holiday cheer. They are writing letters to deployed soldiers overseas, collecting toys for Jupiter Elementary School, and collecting hygiene products for Harmony House (a transitional housing shelter for women and children of domestic abuse). Products collected include but are not limited to shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, deodorant, disposable razors, soaps, body wash. Any contributions and letters are appreciated. Donate items to Mr. Hubbard’s Rm 4-106. Thank you for your support.
THE JHS BOOK CLUB is holding a book drive for the students at Jupiter Elementary. We are looking for books on a kindergarten through second-grade level, and community service hours will be given for book donations. Any gently used or new books will be accepted. You may drop books off in Mrs. Jeffs’ room 5-207 now through Thursday, December 13. Help a kid enjoy a good book this holiday!
DEBBIE’S DREAM CLUB is holding a short meeting during lunch today (12/5) in room 10-104. Bring your friends and we hope to see everyone there! We also are going to do the fundraiser in January.
THE RMHC CLUB is hosting a contest for first-period classes to see who can bring in the most pull tabs after the holidays. The tabs help families pay for their housing while their children are in the hospital. The class who brings in the most tabs will get a complimentary breakfast, and community service hours for individual students! All tabs are due January 11th, 2019 to room 4-116.

THE VARSITY GIRLS BASKETBALL TEAM improved to 3 and 2 on the season with a 39-30 overtime win over Wellington Monday night. The lady Warriors were led by sophomore Lexi Lynch who scored 12 points and handed out 6 assists. Sophomore Elliana Manzo scored 7 points and added 4 assists. The lady warriors play home again tonight (Wed.) at 7:00 against Ft. Pierce Westwood.
