Spring time doesn’t only bring blooming flowers, it’s also the season of new Netflix releases. These are the current must-watch shows and movies to stream on Netflix.


“The Umbrella Academy,” starring Ellen Page, Tom Hopper and David Castañeda, is about a group of siblings reunited by their father’s death. The estranged family with extraordinary powers uncover shocking family secrets–and a looming threat to humanity.


“You,” starring Penn Badgley, Elizabeth Lail and Shay Mitchell, focuses on an obsessed bookstore manager who takes extreme measures to include himself in an aspiring writer’s life.


“The 2000s” is a CNN documentary that traces a decade full of triumphs, tragedies, cultural shifts and technological leaps that occurred at the turn of the century, including single camera comedies, 9/11, new music and more.


“Abducted in Plain Sight,” directed by by Skye Boringham, is a true crime documentary following a family that falls prey to the charms of a neighbor, who also abducts their daughter, Jan, twice. The documentary tells the chilling story of how Robert Berchtold manipulated the Broberg family into being in complete denial about his obsession with their daughter.


“Roma,” directed by Alfonso Cuarón, shows the life of a domestic worker named Cleo, played by Yalitza Aparicio, and her journey set against domestic and political turmoil in 1970s Mexico.
