On March 2, the annual country festival known as Rib Round Up was held in West Palm Beach at the Coral Sky Amphitheatre.

An entire day of music included big-name stars Kip Moore, Chase Rice, Morgan Wallen, Chris Lane, Riley Green, Maggie Baugh and Ryan Montgomery.

Rib Round Up is very popular and was quick to become one of the top country music festivals in Fla. People from all around come to the festival to watch all of their favorite artists perform.

“I went to Rib Round Up last year, but I was really excited to go this year to see Chase Rice, Kip Moore and Chris Lane. If you have never been, and you like country music, I would really recommend going because it’s a lot of fun,” senior Paige Jankowski said.

Besides coming for the music, patrons enjoy the food and say that it is the tastiest element of the event. True to its namesake, the event is famous for its variety of ribs and its rib eating contest.

Rib Round-Up was created in 2011, and the event continues to gain popularity because of its musical acts and all-around fun atmosphere

The festival allows newer and older artists perform, which gives the audience the chance to be introduced to new artists and their music.

The top seats for this festival are the lawn seats, they are $30, so grab your blankets and chairs!

Rib Round Up is an adult and teen friendly environment, so people of all different ages can enjoy the event together.
