Today is the last session of the FSA ELA retakes for 11th and 12th grades in the Gym
UNLITTER CLUB – Are you interested in joining a brand new club here on campus? Unlitter the Earth as well as your
mind. Come to the first meeting on Thursday, September 19 at lunch in Mr. Hammett’s Portable 1. #Unlitter
NO PLACE FOR HATE will hold its second meeting this Friday at lunch in the guidance office. New members are welcome.
They will be electing officers so if you intend to run please come prepared with a brief speech. The remind code is
@jhsnohate to 81010. Pizza will be provided.
HOSA Members, there will be a meeting after school at 2:45 in the auditorium on Wednesday September 18. Come,
meet your officers, and learn about HOSA. Please join us.
FIRST PRIORITY – Calling all former members and new members to First Priority! We will be meeting at our new day of
the week, which is Tuesday! Our first meeting is on September 17 during lunch at portable 15. Bring your lunch and join
us for a time of fellowship, prayer and encouragement and leave inspired to love!
DO YOU LIKE TO MAKE ART? Need a place to use digital design tools? Have an idea for painting? or just need extra time
to work on a piece for your AP or AICE Art class? Open Studio is for You! After School on Thursdays, until 4 pm in room
4-113. No experience necessary. All students interested in re-submitting an AICE Art Syllabus should meet after school in
Ms K’s room 4-113 on Thursday Sept. 19, during Open Studio.

THE AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE CLUB meets today (Thursday) during lunch in room 5-105. Please bring something to
BLOOD DRIVE Friday, September 13. Anyone 16 and older can donate. Sign up before school or during lunch or see Miss
Ellis in Rm 7-101. Blood donors will receive Free Pizza, Snacks, Community Service, and a T-shirt. Donate Blood, Save a
JUPITER RELIGIOUS COALITION is a club where anyone of any religion is invited to learn and speak of their beliefs and
traditions. Some of this year’s activities include: Trick or Treat for Unicef Donation, and Christmas Gift Exchange. We also
have JRC long-sleeve shirts. Most meetings will take place before religious holidays. The first meeting is next Tuesday,
September 17th at lunch in room 3-101. There will be free PIZZA!
THE COLLEGE ADVISING CLUB meets during lunch today (9/12) in room 6-211. Come ready to get to work! See you
THE JAPANESE CLUB Is having its first meeting of the school year this Friday, September 13th, after school in Coach
Andersen’s room 6-115. All are welcome. There will be sushi!!
BEST BUDDIES will meet for lunch this Friday, September 13 in room 7-107. If you have your $25 dues, please bring
them with you. We will also be handing out information about Best Buddies. Bring your lunch. Hope to see you there.

BOYS BASKETBALL Attention all prospective players! Preseason conditioning starts on Tuesday, September 17th. Meet
Coach Andersen and Coach Vaz at 3 pm in the hallway by the PE Classrooms that leads to Daniel’s Way. All paperwork
must be completed and turned in to Coach Andersen only. You may bring it with you on the 17th. Don’t forget the $10
check for the insurance tryout fee. No paperwork, no participation. If there is an issue, come by Coach Andersen’s room
