IN HONOR of his celebration of life this weekend, we celebrate Mr. Troy Stone, our beloved teacher, coach and 1988 graduate of Jupiter High School who passed away Saturday, October 31.  A Warrior Forever!

JUPITER HIGH’S LITTLE SMILES CLUB is hosting a holiday toy drive, beginning Nov. 16, for children in need. Please donate toys to one of the five boxes placed around campus. Boxes are located in Mrs. Muncy’s room, 4-110, Coach Mook’s room, 6-215, Mrs. Hansen’s room, 5-109, Mr. Kovachik’s room, 4-119, and Ms. Jalm’s office, 10-112. Toys must have a value of at least $10. BEST BUDDIES The virtual matching party is scheduled for Tuesday, November 17th at 4:00.  The Google Classroom code is pwfbid2. Let the party begin!

FIRST PRIORITY, a Christian Club at Jupiter High, will be meeting Tuesday, November 17th in the morning before school near the flagpole at 7AM.  Come on by for some encouragement and fellowship. SGA FOOD DRIVE Cans must be turned in before 8:00am today! The class who brings in the most cans will win a prize donated by SGA.

WINTER GUARD AUDITIONS The band is holding Winter Guard auditions on Monday, November 16th and Wednesday, November 18th, at 5pm to 8pm in the band room, 8-103. STUDENT ATHLETES this is the last week to turn in your packets if you wish to play winter sports. You cannot try out until your packet has been cleared. Questions? Email Ms. Jalm or find her in 10-112. The Spring Sports window will be announced at a later date, but you can start to turn them in after Thanksgiving Break. Please do not turn in any spring packets before that date.

JV FOOTBALL conditioning will begin on November 30th.  All interested players should register with Coach Freeman at [email protected]

THE SNACK VENDING MACHINE in the cafeteria is now up and running.  It does not take cash, you must use your cash online account with your school ID card and your pin number.

JUNIORS AND SENIORS Are you interested in being a part of the Social Studies Honor Society?  If you have a 3.0 semester grade average in EVERY Social Studies course taken, a 3.0 overall GPA, and no out of school suspensions, you can apply! Online applications are available on your social studies teachers’ google classrooms. Hard copies can be found in Mrs. Hanssen’s room, 5-112. All hard copies must be turned into the front office bin or to room 5-112 when completed. If you are a senior and were accepted last year, you DO NOT need to reapply. Applications are due by 2:40 pm Friday Nov. 20th.

LATINOS IN ACTION Toys for tots to Guatemala. Bring donations to the courtyard from 7-7:30 am thru Nov. 20.
