Hooked On Jupiter is a newly opened seafood restaurant located in Jupiter. The atmosphere is unique, with walls filled with art and murals, adding a beachy feeling.  ‘Hooked on Jupiter’ plays reggae music creating a warm welcoming vibe with positive energy. 

Hooked On Jupiter has two owners, Arthur Rivaldo and Roberto Cavaliere, both with more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Rivaldo has a professional background in culinary arts, specializing in seafood dishes. He also is a co-owner of the popular Hog Snappers restaurant located in Tequesta. Working in the restaurant industry, Cavaliere opened and managed Carmine’s La Trattoria along with Carmine’s Ocean Grill in Palm Beach Gardens. He was also the owner and creator of Casa Mia. 

“My partner and I opened the restaurant in hopes to bring something new and unique to Jupiter,” Rivaldo said. 

Hooked On Jupiter offers a plethora of seafood, sushi, Caribbean food, salads and cocktails. Their hand crafted menu is different from any other seafood restaurant. The portion sizes of all the sushi towers and all the dinner platters are large, making sure you will never leave with an empty stomach. 

“My favorite item on the menu is the crab quesadilla because it’s so soft and cheesy, making it have such a delicious taste,” Callie Studdard, sophomore and hostess, said.   

The restaurant offers a wide range of seating indoor and outdoor. Inside there are two indoor seating rooms. Besides the popular bar, the main room is for smaller parties and the room named ‘Jupiter’ is filled with booths and has a more quiet, closed off vibe.

“The environment is very friendly and calm despite how busy it gets in our restaurant,” Avery Muse, hostess said. “The music helps me stay focused, keeping a smile on my face the entire time.” 

Opened on Aug. 21, 2024, with one other location in On State St, Pa, Hooked on Jupiter is open daily from 11:30am – 10:00pm. It is located on 337 E Indiantown Rd Suite E10, Jupiter, FL 33477. 

“Opening day was pretty successful, we had 20% off everything,” Muse said. 

The new establishment is located just 2 miles away from Jupiter beach. Hooked On Jupiter’s mission is to serve incredible food everyday in the heart of the city. 

“I love how close our location is to the beach. Sometimes I come from the beach and go straight to work,” Muse said. 

There are multiple job opportunities that Hooked on Jupiter offers for anyone 15 years or older. They have opening positions for hostess and food bussers. The restaurant industry is a great place to start when looking for a job. 

The overall experience was lovely. All the staff were super friendly and the reggae music they played in the background made the vibes so warm. The food was delicious, with big serving sizes which made having leftovers inevitable.  This restaurant is perfect for anyone interested in a nice dinner date with family or friends.
