And now a message about the ESOL afterschool program.

TWO SHOT

((ALEX))

We’re continuing our five day focus on tech safety.  Together we’ll go over some key vocabulary words, notions to consider, and there will be a video to watch after our broadcast.  Today’s essential question is how can information you post online affect your future opportunities?

((ELISE))

Digital footprint.  A digital footprint is all the information online about a person either posted by that person or others, intentionally or unintentionally.  Rescinded.  To be rescinded is to have something taken away or canceled.

((ALEX))

Personal Branding.  Personal branding is the practice of marketing yourself to the public using social media, a personal website, advertisements, or other non-digital tools.

((ELISE))

Here’s some questions to discuss with your classmates.  Why did Harvard revoke the students’ admission? What was their reasoning? Do you agree with their decision? Why, or why not?   We define who we are.

TWO SHOT

((ALEX))

We’re hours away from our Fall break and within the Fall break is Thanksgiving.

((ELISE))

To get to know our audience, we sent out a crew to ask the student body, what’s your favorite Thanksgiving dish?

TWO SHOT

((ALEX))

With it being the week before Thanksgiving, we decided to showcase the faculty, and give thanks to our teachers.

((ELISE))

Here we have Mrs.Senecal.  She is the Travel and Tourism teacher and can juggle.

TWO SHOT

((ALEX))

That’s all for the news, but don’t forget to watch the tech safe video airing in just a moment.

((ELISE))

Have a fantastic day, Warriors!!
