It’s not every day that someone receives a letter informing them that they have been accepted into Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and the chances are much less rare that anyone receives notification they have been awarded a full scholarship from the United States Naval ROTC Program.  Both of which have already happened to Cadet Major Dylan Ruth.  Dylan has demonstrated his superb leadership abilities as the Battalion Executive Officer to the Warrior JROTC Battalion.  Charged with the responsibility of leading and supervising the JROTC Staff. He is responsible for planning, resourcing, and executing everything JROTC does, his performance has been unmatched.  Never asleep at the wheel and always demonstrating his ability to operate as a member of a team.  The future of America will be in good hands if Dylan has anything to do with it.  JHS’s JROTC is incredibly proud of the leader he has become.  He is the perfect example of hard work resulting in success.  Congratulations Dylan.
