Chloe Jezerinac, a senior on the varsity girls’ volleyball team, is WPTV’s Scholar Athlete of the Month for Oct. 

Her freshman year, Jezerinac played varsity volleyball at Suncoast Community High School then transferred to Jupiter High for the rest of her high school career.

“It’s quite an honor to be Scholar Athlete of the Month, and I think it means I represented my team very well and had good sportsmanship and leadership on the court, and also caring about my grades,” Jezerinac said.

Along with being a leader on the volleyball court, Jezerinac is ranked in the top 5% of the senior class.

“Throughout high school, I have been a large part of the volleyball program and really committed myself and time to the volleyball program and trying to lead the team my senior year. I have also dedicated so much of my time to academics and trying to get good grades,” Jezerinac said. 

Jezerinac hopes to play volleyball at the University of Virginia.
