Francesco Beltrano is an 11th grader from Jupiter Florida that is interested in politics, sports and the news in general. Francesco is the present section leader It is his second year of being in War Cry. Francesco is dedicated to bringing factual stories to War Cry so that the students of Jupiter High School can better inform themselves about the world and their community.
