We’re continuing to CELEBRATE FREEDOM WEEK by asking you to recite the following words of the Declaration of Independence.

HOMECOMING COURT NOMINATIONS are now open until Wednesday, September 29th. Vote on our new Linktree. You can nominate and vote for yourself. Nominees may run regardless of gender orientation or sexuality. Homecoming Final Elections will run after Nominations. The JROTC department at Jupiter Community High School conducted the first Postal Marksmanship Match in the Palm Beach District.  The teams were composed of four to five JROTC Cadets.  Jupiter’s JROTC Marksmanship Team Leslie Diaz, Abigail Blalock, Hunter Curry, and Julian Cunningham earned 1st Place.  The four competitors and in addition to Ryan Jackson also earned the Expert Marksmanship Badge.  Irvin Coss, Yosmery Quinonez, Foster Klett, Ty Lambert, Ava Williams earned their Sharpshooter Badge and Yisleni Ramos earned her Marksmanship Badge.

YOUNG DEMOCRATS CLUB Are you interested in political activism? Community service? Creating friendships? Then join Young Democrats! Our next meeting is this Friday (9/24), after school in Rm 6-208.  We hope to see you there!

There will be a Student ACES meeting Thursday Sept. 23 in the gym for lunch A and P32 for lunch B. Come join your student leaders: Gianna Grieco, Vivian Miller, Riley Hearn, BIlly Bates, and Todd Giol to better yourself as a person and teammate on and off your playing field. THE JHS CHRISTIAN LEAGUE Come be a part of the most inspirational club on campus. The club will have its first meeting on Thursday, September 23rd at 7:10 in the morning in Portable 3. An inspirational bible verse will be read and discussed and the meeting will end in a short prayer. Come share in the word of Jesus and brighten up your and other people’s day!!! The club is open to all students and staff.

THE INKWELL is officially back! Our school’s literary and art magazine will be having our first meeting September 28th during B lunch in room 5-215. All are welcome! We cannot wait to see you there!

CHILDHOOD CANCER SUPPORT CLUB The meeting will be on Thursday, September 23rd at 2:45 PM. Join us in person in Mrs. Rodgers room 7-208 or virtually via Google Meet.  We will be going over long term fundraisers and upcoming events. Seniors!!! Make sure you come to the meeting to learn about a leadership title you can put on your college applications. New members are always welcome.

NATIONAL TECHNICAL HONOR SOCIETY invites all Juniors and Seniors to its first meeting Thursday, Sept. 23 in Room 4-209 at 2:50pm.  You can also join online through the NTHS Google Classroom (Code: c7vd2yh). This meeting is for all current members and members that would like to join. Requirements for NTHS Membership: Must be a Junior or Senior, GPA of 3.0 or better, Member of: JHS Horticulture, Medical, Engineering, Environmental, Criminal Justice, Culinary, Info Tech, JROTC, Marketing/DECA Academies, JHS News Crew, Journalism or Yearbook Staff.

SAVE THE CHILDREN CLUB. Join us on September 30th during B lunch in room 4-206 to discuss upcoming events and community service opportunities. Everyone is welcome. If you can’t make the B lunch meeting, please join our Google Classroom (icgxsxd) to ask any questions.

JHS Book Club Join us once a month to discuss current, popular books! This month, we’re reading Celeste Ng’s Little Fires Everywhere. Our first meeting is today (9/22) in Room 5-111 after school or join us virtually with Google Classroom. (Classroom Code: ilugpho)

WARRIOR DANCE MARATHON Interested in being part of the largest Philanthropy project on campus? Along with Key Club, the JHS Dance Marathon raises money for Shands Children’s Hospital which benefits the Children’s Miracle Network. OCEANS FIRST This new club’s purpose is to help improve our beaches by organizing beach clean ups once a month. The google classroom clode is rlbehuw. Our first meeting is Thursday, September 23rd during Lunch B with Mrs. Preston. The meeting will be recorded for those who cannot make it.

As a Warrior Guide, you will volunteer to help new students learn what it means to be a Jupiter Warrior.
