Casa Tequila is a new Mexican restaurant which recently opened in Jupiter, at 4177 W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter, Fla., 33478, marking their fifth location opened among others in St. Cloud, Boca Raton, Wellington and Stuart.
The restaurant is owned by the previous owner of Rancho Chico, another Mexican restaurant located in Tequesta. The menus are mostly the same aside from a few new dishes, having similar atmospheres, serving authentic Mexican cuisine.
“I thought the area was nice, location wise, and it had really nice art on the inside,” Aria Igo, senior, said.
Casa Tequila’s menu consists of many different authentic Mexican dishes: birria tacos, a trio burrito and asada y más.
“I ordered the birria tacos and they tasted really good,” Igo said.
During my first visit to Casa Teuila, my family and I personally experienced somewhat slow service. The staff and servers were friendly, greeting us at the door, but we were left waiting for the check for longer than expected.
However, it is completely normal and almost expected for new restaurants to struggle with having good service within the first few opening months. This was also not an issue for many people that visited Casa Tequila.
“Everything was good for me, it was busy but they checked up on us a lot and made sure we were doing good,” Nelson Cano, sophomore, said.
Overall, Casa Tequila is a great Mexican restaurant with an amazing atmosphere, a welcoming staff and amazing food. It’s a good place for anyone looking for authentic Mexican food in Jupiter.
“I would definitely recommend going to Casa Tequila and I would definitely go back to try some of the food that I didn’t get the first time I went,” Cano said.
