Ace D’Amico, Staffer
Ace D’Amico, a freshman, is a staffer in his first year of War Cry and fourth year in journalism. D’Amico was born in New Jersey and moved to Florida at a young age. He joined War Cry to continue his passion for writing. “I joined War Cry because I love writing, especially sports, and I think I could have a real future in writing,” D’Amico said. He also enjoys playing baseball and spending time with his family and their pit bull, Charlie, and their gecko, Olive. D’Amico plans to go to the University of Florida to pursue a career in sports writing.
