Morgan Kilroy is a junior entering her first year in War Cry. When she is not reading or writing, Kilroy enjoys thrilling sports like hockey, lacrosse and Formula 1. This year, she hopes to represent Jupiter on the girls varsity lacrosse team as Number 26. “It’s special to me because my sister was goalie and she was number 26,” Kilroy said. Kilroy was born in New York, but has moved every three years, experiencing many places along the east coast. “I definitely found it harder when I was younger because I was impressionable and I wanted to be friends with everyone,” Kilroy said. “But now, I’ve just kind of loved seeing all these unique places that not many people get to.” Aspiring for a career in sports media, Kilroy hopes that through being a part of War Cry and the school announcements she can gain valuable experiences and make connections to help her in the future. “I’m looking forward to all the opportunities that I know will appear, all the doors that are gonna open and the friends I’m gonna make along the way," Kilroy said.
