Morgan Kilroy, Sports Editor and Media Manager
Morgan Kilroy, senior, is entering her second year on the Jupiter War Cry staff as Sports Editor and Media Manager. Kilroy decided to join the journalism program because she wanted to be, “more involved with the media world, more importantly, the sports aspect.” Kilroy is also involved with the Jupiter High Student News Crew, making the daily morning announcements and filming sports events. Within War Cry, Kilroy’s favorite thing is her ability to create through self expression. “You can show a bit of your personality in your articles and make something recognizable while creating good bonds and good friends in the class,” Kilroy said. Born in Long Island, New York, Kilroy has moved roughly every three years, with her favorite place she’s lived being Washington, D.C. In her free time, Kilroy enjoys writing songs, taking photos and playing lacrosse. Although Kilroy doesn’t know exactly where she wants to attend college, she hopes to attend an out of state university.
