Ruby Monteith, Features Editor, Beat Executive
Ruby Monteith, a junior at Jupiter High School, is the Features Editor and a Beat Executive on War Cry. Monteith joined War Cry her freshman year because of her love for writing. Her favorite stories to write are feature stories because she really gets to connect with others in the school. Monteith, raised in Florida, is also interested in traveling and has been to Peru and a few countries in Europe and Latin America. She hopes to one day study business marketing abroad in Europe. In her free time, Monteith likes driving by the beach as well as cooking and baking. Entering her third year in War Cry, Monteith is excited to elevate the newspaper and bring diverse coverage to the paper.
